recreation en 30-Day Challenge: Asthma, Allergies and Kick-Starting Fitness 2013
Let's see, where was I? Oh yeah. I was slowly making zig-zagging headway with various elimination diets regarding my various allergies and autoimmune issues. Also, there was some recent talk behind the scenes about skaters and their training and/or weight loss goals for the upcoming training season. All of the above, plus a couple of 20 minute flat skating sessions this week that left me gasping for oxygen, has prompted me to try my own 30 Day healthy eating Challenge. I'm hoping to make it past day 4 this time.

United States of America (USA) charity health Atlanta GA charity rides Earth Georgia (GA) recreation Silver Comet Trail (GA) skating sports nutrition North America Fri, 22 Feb 2013 02:14:53 +0000 eebee 1463 at Periodization and the Preseason - or: I Thought I Could Do Those Inline Skating Drills
So here we are in the Preseason, per Rob Bell's Periodization article I referred to for the Offseason. It is now a nice place to skate if you don't mind some twisty hills on multiuse pathway! We made our way fine going counterclockwise, but think we'll try clockwise next time to see if it might be better due to the route and elevations. If you're willing to brake or scrub wheels, it's an awesome 3.2 miles, in fact. There is some roadway there that might be interesting too, particularly a way hilly loop, but we'd need to look at it again to see if it's safe enough to try.
